I started talking about school at age two and never stopped. With that passion, I help educators find and take their next best step in changing the landscape of their classrooms. As an educator for the last 25 years, I have traveled across the nation as an independent consultant, presenter and coach. Backed by current research and years spent assisting and training educators - from pre-service teachers to administrators, I have partnered with both public and private schools to provide customized, targeted support.

Just as every student deserves to learn something new every day, I am passionate about meeting the needs of teachers as learners. I hold a bachelor’s degree in education from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Texas.

I reside in a suburb of Dallas with my husband, Bryan, and twin teenage daughters. When I find a free moment, I enjoy volunteering, traveling to new places, decorating on a dime, and binging my latest favorite television show. You can also find me on my blog designed to help educators make the most of their precious time, Minutes.
