As an English Learner, I consider myself a passionate educator for all students. I have participated in Data Walks, and provided PD for districts in Spanish, and English. I have served as a bilingual teacher, K-8 Instructional Coach (supporting all content), Dual Language Reading Coach, Curriculum Writer, and Presenter. My love of learning has allowed me to grow as an educator in all areas, from math to reading and everything in between. As a Biliteracy Consultant, I enjoy opportunities to coach and support educators in perfecting their craft, especially bilingual and ESL teachers. As a former 4th grade bilingual writing teacher, I am constantly searching for ways to support districts in writing, through coaching or delivering PD.

When I am not consulting, I enjoy spending time with my 5 children and loving husband of 14 years. My hobbies are reading, solving math problems, puzzles and writing.
